What the Service Does

ReturnTracker helps you track purchase return windows and deadlines. Any dates or reminders are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate based on your inputs or merchant policies.

Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable Use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service.
• Do not submit malicious or deceptive content.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service, and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Billing

ReturnTracker offers a Free plan and an optional Pro plan billed at $5 per month through Stripe checkout. You can manage cancellation and payment methods through the Stripe customer portal linked from the Pricing page.

If a payment is declined or a subscription is canceled, paid status may end at the current billing period boundary based on Stripe billing state.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to users, data, or infrastructure.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for confirming return policies and deadlines with the relevant retailer.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hasher Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
